To help streamline processes for you and our staff, we have implemented a new system for filing quarterly uncollected service charge reports for the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. We have received your quarterly report via USPS. In the future, you will need to file it through the new system. We are not accepting these forms via email or USPS any longer. The form at the link below is very similar to the Excel/paper form you have been filling out and mailing to us. However, you will fill the new form out and submit it completely online. If you have any uncollected fees, you will attached the supporting documentation directly to the form. Once you click submit, you are done. The form is automatically submitted to us for processing.
