Arjun Brar is the GIS Technician for the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. He is a recent graduate of Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM), earning a B.S. in Geographic Information Systems and Cartography. Arjun supports the Board’s mission by maintaining and improving the geospatial data and mapping systems essential to reliable 9-1-1 service across Alabama. He assists with GIS data development, quality assurance, and coordination with Emergency Communications Districts to ensure accurate, up-to-date mapping for emergency response.
