Daniel Hipps is the Education and Outreach Technical Specialist for the Alabama 911 Board. Mr. Hipps brings nearly a decade of experience in information technology and public safety telecommunicating most recently with the City of Alabaster, AL and the City of Pelham, AL. Mr. Hipps received a Bachelor of Arts degree in criminal justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Daniel and his wife, Morgan, have two young children, Alyssa and Harrison.
