Jessi McKinley is a Technician for the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. Ms. McKinley began her career with the Board as an intern while attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB), where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice with distinguished honors. Motivated by a desire to serve her community, Jessi is dedicated to supporting Alabama’s 9-1-1 systems and contributing to public safety.
