Laura is the Certification & Training Program Manager of the Alabama 9-1-1 Board. Ms. Ehrhart brings over 25 years of experience in public safety telecommunications, holding positions as a frontline telecommunicator, CTO, supervisor, instructor, and program developer. With more than a decade of expertise in the education sector, she is passionate about making a positive impact in the community through education. She has two adult daughters.
