The Statutory authority for the establishment of the Alabama 9-1-1 Board which shall be responsible for establishing a statewide 9-1-1 charge, to administer the 9-1-1 Fund and monthly 9-1-1 charge, to distribute revenue in the 9-1-1 Fund, to develop and publish a 9-1-1 Annual Report, and to administer the deployment and operation of a statewide 911 voice and data system as found in Section 11-98-4.1, Code of Ala. 1975.
