We collected these job descriptions from ECDs across the state of Alabama. We are sharing them with you to help you develop or rewrite your job descriptions. Having an accurate job description is vital for many reasons but the most pressing is reclassification. While some of these are marked large or small district, this shows where they came from. No matter what the size of your district, you may find helpful language in any of these job descriptions. They are in Word format so you can download these and edit them or cut and paste from them easily. If you have any questions or want to share your current job description, email Michelle.
